Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free plan and trials

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans may start with a free trial; cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.

2. Cancelling

• Account owners can cancel a paid plan at any time from the billing section of Settings.
• Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then moves to the Free plan. Your data stays in place.
• Downgrading may switch off features and team seats your new plan doesn't include.

3. Refunds

• Monthly plans: fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts.
• Annual plans: if you cancel within 14 days of the first charge or a renewal, we'll refund that charge in full. After that, the plan runs to the end of the year without a refund.
• Our mistakes: if you were charged in error, or a material outage or feature removal affected you, contact us and we'll put it right, including refunds where appropriate.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

4. Payment fees

Our payment fee is charged per online payment. If you refund a client's payment, our fee is returned in proportion to the amount refunded. Stripe's own processing fees are governed by the Stripe Terms and may not be returned.

5. Refunds to your clients

When your client pays an invoice, they pay your business, not InvoiceTurbo. Refunds, cancellations and disputes for those payments are between you and your client, and are governed by your own policies. You can issue full or partial refunds from the invoice in InvoiceTurbo.

Clients: if you need a refund for something you paid through a InvoiceTurbo pay link, please contact the business named on the invoice.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and UK and EU consumer rules.
